TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning a fursuit from Fizz Fur Studios, you agree to the following terms. For any quesions, feel free to get in contact.
ALLERGIES

Note my primary work-space also houses a rabbit and sometimes work is moved to a location in which there is also a dog.
You can request work stay away from the dog if you would like however the rabbit is always going to be in the area.
None of the animals come to physical contact with any fursuits, fabrics or other materials, I try my best to ensure fur stays off of everything however the chance of animal fur coming in contact with fabrics or suit parts is there. Do not commission if highly allergic to rabbits however the dog can be avoided as mentioned previously upon request.
PAYMENTS

Payment of at least 30%, possibly higher, of the quoted price must be made from the start to guarantee your commission slot. This is a non-refundable deposit to cover material costs for your suit. All payments must be sent before work on your fursuit can begin. You can pay up front or request a payment plan, reminders will be sent out to ensure payment is not forgotten and missed payments will likely result in the commission being cancelled.
All payments are through bank transfer and in GBP only.
I do not accept payment for fursuit commissions via etsy, it will be either through PayPal or Bank Transfer.DEADLINES

Fizz Fur Studios will not work under any specific deadlines however an estimated time-frame can be given upon request, though this is just an estimate and the chance of your suit being completed by this time is NOT 100%. Do not complain if this isnt the case.LIABILITY

Fizz Fur Studios is not to blame for any form of injury or accident that occurs whilst wearing a fursuit. Most, if not, all fursuits come with limited vision, movement, hearing. As well as the risk of overheating. Ensure you bring a handler with you to any public events to have the lowest chance for these things to occur.SHARING

Unless requested otherwise, photos and/or videos of your finished fursuit WILL be shared to help boost this buisness through social media. If requested, the finished suit will not be posted however there is a chance photos and/or videos of the finished suit will be privately sent to other potential clients as examples of either similar species, markings, etc...
Work in progress images of your suit WILL be sent in the Fizz Fur Studios Telegram channel, this is non-negotiable.SHIPPING

Shipping costs for your commission will be calculated after completion as they are dependant on the size and weight of the finished fursuit.
Drop-off/Pick-up at a fur-meet, event or convention can be discussed if I am attending said event.
Note if you are ordering outside of the United Kingdom you may have to pay an import tax once it arrives in your country, this is your responsibility to pay.CONTACT

If you request a refund during the craft process [before completion] you will be refunded whatever is left after the material and work costs. Refunds will not be issued after completion of the fursuit.FULL COMMISSION PROCESS

Contact me via Discord or Telegram to enquire for a price quote on your commission.
Once the quote is confirmed you will be added to the commission queue with a 3 week deadline to pay the deposit, from there payment plans will be discussed if the commissioner is not paying in full.
Once full payment is completed either the suit will be started or you will be bumped up in the queue.
Whilst the suit is being built, updates will be sent as they occur however feel free to request, note I am not always able to give an update on request so dont be alarmed if I dont send one right away.
Any update requiring confirmation, E.G. for the base, markings, etc..., will be noted that confirmation is required in the message. If within a reasonable amount of time confirmation is not given, work will continue. Any issues that require an amount of effort to fix that would have taken less effort had they been mentioned in a missed confirmation will come with an additional charge upon correction.
Final pictures will be sent to ensure you are happy with the suit.
Upon completion you will be sent a final payment amount to cover shipping and any additional charges that appeared during the making of the suit.
